with necessary paper work, Off-Site Accounting will maintain your accounting records off site as well as on site and handle
your payroll and tax compliance needs. We値l take on the responsibility of picking up your transaction paperwork on a preferred
schedule, update the accounting database which you値l have access to 24 hours a day 7 days a week and then return to you
for safe keeping. Accessing the database will give you a first glance view of your business operations as well as control
to what procedures you would prefer to process, e.g. customer invoicing, check printing for vendors and employees as well
as other procedures you may deem necessary to perform by yourself.
Optionally, we can also provide payroll services
to you by calculating as well as printing your payroll checks for your convenience. We will take care of filing your payroll
taxes.
We値l also file your income taxes as required by State and Federal law.
